Yes, but, they said they needed $1m for the bigger diggers (etc)... but raised $1.4M.
Thats 40% more than they said that they needed.
Was it overestimating how much they would need?
Wanted $400,000 more working capital?
Wanted to raise $400,000 less later ( / raise capital a couple of months later)?
Or a random reason like the partner insisted on $1.4M, etc.
