market was hoping for thicker width and higher grades as they drilled further down plunge into the anomaly. The implication in. earlier reports was that they expected higher grades as they went further down plunge. Instead it's narrower and looking like much lower grade. Thus the price turnaround.
That's not to say the next drill hole won't be exactly that but until they get a much better hole than the original this is unlikely to do anything but drift in my view.
