@Superchicken, the market is forward looking and our project metrics would continue to improve with a rising Tin price.
Possibly the market is anticipating higher costs though of getting to production and increased production costs that will offset the gains in the current Tin price.
Share price should be sensative to future cash flows in my mind regardless of if producing or not producing. Look at DEG share price performance and they don't produce yet an ounce of gold and will not for some tine still.
