At very least will put a rocket under SHELL re SC54.
I would expect them to be the frontrunner after months of 'studies'.
BHPB are also a chance although they cunningly extracted all the data they required over SC55 for Nil cost and backed away to the neighbouring permit SC59 and held hands with PNOC awaiting the SC55 relenquishment by OEL mid 2011.
