I reckon you are wrong also.
I reckon it deliberately going to be put into administration so someone who is making it go that way ends up with the IP.
Thats business also and I bet it happens.
You are right, the MST technology is amazing and way ahead of its time, so why have it as a listed company and in the hands of shareholders?
Why not chuck a fakie, say "whoops, we went belly up"....then someone buys it out of admin and sells of the IP to the highest bidder?
I think the situation of late has been such that it allows the company to remain within the bounds of the corporatiuon act protecting management who are working with those pulling the strings allowing others to sell to the unsuspecting market who will end up with a big fat zero for their shares.
There are many many examples of company's being run into admin so vultures swoop in and pick out the bits they want.
This one seems just a little more sneaky with the added bonus for those in the know being able to dump and make some extra money from the market who we know once it enters admin......they get zilch.
Its a dirty game this....but you watch the above happen exactly as I have just posted.
