Not surprised you needed to bump your own post no one else would bother. Shorters are going to get burnt so bad in the near future they won't find any sympathetic ears here.

I'm yet to be convinced shorting is good for markets. Just look at what's happening with Nickel and the market having to stop trading because it was being broken by a short squeeze. If a market mechanic forces the market to step in and pause trading there's something fundamentally wrong/broken with the mechanic in the first place. When long positions get burnt I don't see the market stepping in to save losses. IMO only.
