Phase 3 - can be anything FDA/TGA deem a requirement very specific to conditions & products
not only that we can now largely use it to skip phase 1 of other conditions as well, will have RWD ticking off phase 2 and also use RWD for into phase 3. The compounding effect is great with RDW and rapid development. (goes for any business - just first in phama)
