For a supposed 'analyst' to get a situation so despicably wrong, purely because they are too lazy or arrogant to pick up a phone and 'ASK' is a F...**g disgrace. That sort of reckless behaviour costs real people, real money.
An analyst job is to provide thorough and properly researched analysis based on FACTS.
What they have provided was drivel and is now something that requires retraction and impartial amendment.
