Rand is easier to analyse than parent Tribune, and I reckon there's better value at the moment in Rand shares.
My calcs are that Rand has about 45,000 ozs gold after 31december accounts.
After deducting all liabilities, no value given to non-cash assets, I calculate RND shares to be worth $2.25 with gold at AUD2800/oz.
Anyway, it's not trash - there's plenty of gold hidden in those accounts.
