1) cheap with high risk
2) high risk would include a section for possible delays/ball drops

new tech has never been an overnight thing. So perhaps management and shareholders were blindsided.

Looking forward to how LPD unfolds over the next 6 months. We are either going to get funding and start looking towards production as a reality or more delays via Cs offtake and then finance which is pinning on offtake. ie a delay to 1 will mean a delay in the other.
