i like your optimism but looking broader it appears unlikely.
where other commodities are just dug out of the ground, solar salt operations need to both extract the 'ore' then grow the salt. both the extraction and salt growing operations are intricately linked, with the salt growing function a product of forces beyond the control of humans ie the weather.
looking around the peer space, apc have consistently discussed the longest salt growing period with about 27 months between brine flow and startup. the 27 month timeframe suggests two summers. i know that the kll brine is higher grade than apc's so that must have an impact on the salt precipitation, but i think that at least one summer evaporation season is necessary to grow the salt needed for start up.
a further factor to consider is the ongoing production of feed salts. there is no point in starting a plant with high grade feed salts then having to stop the plant when the harvest salts run out - no one wants a repeat of so4!
look to the middle of 2023 as a best case scenario for kll to be in production
