Actually I would argue that Piedmont is running because of the Sayona Quebec investment news. As for why the whale or whales are capping SYA, a few possibilities of which there would be someone here better equipped to answer. Perhaps a few questions to explore.
which companies are accumulating shares? Is there a reason for keeping the SP low for the whale or whales to acquire more shares with an upcoming capital raise? Is there any possibility of a TO if Piedmont are agreeable/involved?
