That price is unnecessary.
Can't speak for everyone but I sure would have taken additional shares if they were offered at even 28c. (15% discount to closing rather than 24%).
I don't know why companies do this. Why try to be oversubscribed? It just means you priced it wrong.
Anyway I continue to hold a chunk. I'll participate if I can.
