Agree Altilium have been hopeless, but not sure what you mean lucked out licensing DNi toQPM?
Assume you mean they should have done something themselves?....

Problem is, if you look at the structure of Altilium, owned by a couple of Solicitors, no background in chemical engineering, and all they have done is hire a few salespeople...! Sub-optimal structure considering what they have!

Also, as Dr SG has said, DNi provided the basic recipe, but QPM had to adapt and tweak it to deliver a better outcome of product.
