The options give you the right but not the obligation to exercise them for $1.20 at any time up until they expire on 6 April 2024.
This means that you should exercise them by paying $1.20 at any time in the next 2 years but only do so when the price is in excess of $1.20.
You could leave it until early April in two years to exercise when the share price could very well be $5.00.
If the share price does not exceed $1.20 you should not exercise them. If the price exceeds $1.20 you do not have to exercise them but financially , you should.
