Thanks FletaP - I know they are opinions but your contractual comments and hraboc's technical comments add a lot to this thread and I am very grateful for your efforts. As I have said before the market treats Ags as having little or no show ( reflected in the share price )and yet you have to think they would have a some chance of putting this situation right. If they had complete success and got the ground back the share price would be $6? and if the had some success and could get fair value the price might be $1.50 + - but we have a share price of .53c. Now I won't bore you with conspiracy theories, but ....
