It's because it's confirmed that there will be another CR, which is terrible considering the amount of dilution that ALREADY happened last year, in a very poor manner. You'd hope that the equity portion WAS that, though logically knowing MGT and WWI, yeah nah CR again. It isn't end of the world depending on how much they use equity for, but if it's any decent % of the funding, then you can forget 10c for a very long time.
