This was an excellent announcement from a drug development perspective, and the whole point of IHL is to develop drugs. I think we will see new highs soon enough. Traders selling news, (alleged) manipulation from big buyers, and panic selling from retail holders who don't know what AHI means does not erase the fact that IHL-42x has shown to work in humans better than expected, and does not hold back the company progressing from a drug development POV.
