Hi MT and igo, interesting GNM don't say what the $50m is for implying, as you point out, that it could be funds for an increased offer. GNM are also spinning off Shree Minerals which will raise a further $3-4m.
GNM could now offer up to 20c/share more,($50m/258sh) making GNM potential offer approx. 30c.
