Don't know why I need to break this down. Dilution = more shares = higher market cap for lower share price.
lets assume Ur value target is 400M for a stock.
This can be reached either by the sp increasing a lot or the stock diluting multiple times and the sp rising back to its original levels after dilution.
dilute WWI enough and it reaches its full market cap potential at a share price that isn't much higher than today's
dont dilute it as much and you can realise its potential at share price multiples from today's.
