From what I can find, IHL is being shorted.
started on 4th Feb (minimal previous action).
Currently the are aporox 6mil open short positions(been as high as 12mil).. broker data suggests its Credit Suisse..

don't know how much impact that has, but there would be motive to have /instigate negative price action..
