Thanks again for sharing. I note the longer that Morgan's leaves their last 8 March 2022 report the more legal exposure they put themselves under with any clients. Should be interesting to read the retraction and weasel words they used......Head of legal at Morgans must be earning his keep last night but most likely they've outsourced to to actual legal experts to ensure they don't compound their own mistakes and confirm their general incompetency in this space
