The SPP is already underwater. I think this means unlikely it will be filled by retailers who are already been slaughtered by this dog stock. Why would anyone subscribe now? Even with the 2% discount to the 5 day vwap, the closing price on Friday 1st April will likely be lower than the vwap range also. How long does zip survive without the $50million from the spp?
