Here is one comparing it to the utilities sector. And at this stage, this is probably a better fit for EWC. So it did get a bit ahead of the XUJ from about May. The market is probably taking a wait and see approach to the LNG project/current low prices. Add the recent problem with the 60MW generator and yet to be finalised negotiation on the upgrade.
I still think it is probably being played with/accumulated, but am aware this is often an overused excuse for those who fall in love with a stock.I have been buying from 0.47 down and have 20% left to spend.
