Just got off the phone with Computershare and was definitely withholding tax. The girl seems to think its Commsecs fault as to why Computershare haven't been provided with the TFN details. I had to get her to manually adjust it to avoid this happening in the future.
Will be calling Commsec later on when I next get a moment to work out why every other dividend payment I've received in the last year has been OK except for this one. Ugh.
