Yes, the MRE announcement is ambiguous in relation to hybrid solar/gas vs geothermal/lithium.
There should have been two separate announcements. Firstly a stand alone MRE announcement. This could have been a "very positive announcement" indeed especially if it included narrative and metrics about the bitumen market and GRV supply.
Secondly a stand alone announcement about the geothermal/lithium project including how this development would fit into the overall Alpha project.
The market wants clarity and as a general rule multiple ASX announcements about single topics is the way to go!
I request that the company clarifies how the geothermal/lithium project fits in!!
