Interesting Close today, looked like manipulation on close. Bids at 1.8\1.9c and order was placed down at 1.6c on the sell side. Seconds before close the buy side was altered to match the sell side and buy 1 share into the 1.9c line which caused the trading to close at 1.9c for the day. Doesn't really mean much but somebody's obviously interested in WEL shares and is playing games with it. Last few months of trading suggest accumulation.
