Well according to your logic if everytime there was something worth fighting for in the work place, workers either should put up or alternatively quit, the Australian work front wouldn't have seen ....

- A 38 hour week introduced
- Holiday pay
- A revolution in safety standards
- Protections against unfair dismissal
- abolishment of exploitation

The list goes on and on and on.....

Quit and let someone else clean up the mess hey!

You don't know peoples personnel situations anyway so its really a baseless remark to say just quit.

No one is whining except at the beginning. The thread was instigated by ignorance and mis-information, someone needlessly flying off the handle because he doesn't know the full story. The replies were simply rectifying the initial post and a good job done by all.
