Problem with holders is they can't see the likely reality:
- no US progress is probably due to failure to utilise facilities due to market capitalisation concerns
- the only way to raise more capital is with further dilution and lack of proactive planning could see the end for Openpay. Cash will run dry in a few months from now and silence is killing shareholders.
- substantial holders see the writing on the wall and are exiting with say 20 cents in the dollar rather than wait for a possible suspension of trading
- a merger will further dilute shareholders and will compound the current survival problem
I'm sorry if I can't see any positives, but mismanagement is the key reason we're here.
