Meanwhile almost the entire length of riverside drive is just a bare grass paddock separated from the river by a road. Riverside drive should be underground along Terrace rd and that whole area opened up to cafes, restuarants, bars and entertainment. But NO, Langley park was once used to land a biplane a hundred years ago so cannot possibly be used now. Same with south perth foreshore.
