If I was a betting man, I would think that the option holder, holding 4,000,000 options will be excersing their right to purchase shares at $2.50 before next Monday the 14th at the latest (the expiry date is this saturday the 12th). That will put another $10million into the coffers of CUS and by my calculations CUS will (excluding leases) have eliminated all net debt (i.e. CUS's cash at bank will exceed the level of all oustanding bank debt). Actually on my figures, provided the options are exercised, then CUS could pay off all of its debt and still have close to $7,000,000 cash in the Bank. Quite a remarkable turn around really. There may be a risk that once exercised the option holder may try to flog off the shares to capture the immediate premium, however you would think given the average daily turn over this will only be a short term phenomenan.
