I was disappointed that the majority of current shareholders had no opportunity to take part in the latest credit raise .
I see no reason to vote to approve the Toxic options that were a sweetener to the placement .
I am not prepared to vote for actions I do not agree with .
They are very likely to get approved but a message of disapproval might make them realise how little benefit has flowed to their long term holders and they should not be taken for granted .
