History of problematic business operations and high debt levels...They just haven't been profitable and haven't met expectations--just disappointment after disappointment. As such the sp has been shorted, sold down and company abandoned. The company also took a whopper of a loss last year which looked awful, but imho has cleared out the balance sheet and will lead to the company being much healthier going forward.
They will be very profitable at $2000+ gold prices and RSG is a great leverage play on a rising gold price as are all the marginal gold miners.
