Well that's not true. It has nothing to do with grades but it's composition,
There are only two known ways of producing class 1 nickel from class2.

The most common uses High Pressure Acid leaching (HPAL) which is a very dirty and very expensive process which is not favoured by battery makers.
HPAL plants are difficult to build and many fail. They are also very expensive.
The preferred method is to process nickel sulphide ore and turn it into Ni metal. They then use sulphuric acid to create high purity nickel sulphate.

The second method is a direct extraction, bypassing the smelter process. None of these are in commercial operation at this time.

Stock prices will wait for the Ni price to be established.
POS will be affected by several factors in the future. All of these have already been stated on HC so I will not waste time repeating it here.

It's worth doing a lot more research if you're interested in investing.
