I am new to this stock
What I see is what appears to be bullish divergence between price and
1 - relative strength
2 - commodity channel index
3 - point and figure chart (P&F)
The SNP 500 also seems to have developed a possible bullish descending wedge albeit on increased volume but needs to hold at 4100
What I can't see is what is in Putins head
