Albers is largest private holder of O+G leases. There are commitments to meet the terms of leases. In the past he is a master of farm outs and others paying for commitments/drilling. Current use it or lose it regulations putting a lot more pressure on lease speculators such as Albers. Albers already have a much more significant exposure to Artemis through MOG. Perhaps the Albers/Octanex related parties could see a change in substantial shareholder report.
