I’m not too concerned about the price of NIC. The 30-40% drop in a multibillion dollar company is attractive to me as it’s not sustainable. It will pick up…maybe not Monday but it will certainly resume its upward trend once the dust settles.
The drop is clearly due to the fund selling out. I have read the fund is a bunch of cowboys so not too worried that they are selling. However, if they are selling because they genuinely know something more about TsingShan then that’s a different story. I’m betting they don’t and are just reducing their risk and will be licking their wounds once nickel starts trading on the LME again.
Certainly interesting times ahead and some good money to be made.
