Highly unlikely is my guess. First there has to be a Loss Declaration issued by the administrator or liquidator stating no further distributions to shareholders are likely, and the opportunity for that to occur will only be known after the sale process/attempt(s) conclude and the numbers are crunched. I even think it’s doubtful that a sale of the business and/or assets will settle before June 30 - unless there is already somebody waiting in the wings ready to pounce.
