I didn't think that the native title claim ever was an issue with exploration. One would presume mining it would have been the issue? Think you will find another co. Cudeco (CDU) spent the best part of 2 odd years getting approval/agreements in order?

I have not seen any local press (lately) in relation to updates of the claim though.

Possibly any info best to come straight from Synergy.

Not sure what to make of the last announcement. Seems like the Co have sacked one professional Co. Coffey Mining and changed to another Co. Geos Mining Ltd. Don't see too much changing here though. Seems like a waste of valuable time?

I have always said that SML had to prove up a large enough resource so as to make things happen. I thought Saddler and crew with Coffey Mining guidance were doing a reasonable job. Now it seems the new board have shelved the main resource and exploring other parts of the tenement? Possibly a cost saving episode tho, whilst they await the GEOS report and reco?

Will be interesting how it pans out in te end.
