A step in the right direction, but unfortunately it means more disruption, and energies focussed inwardly when we really need to be focussed on other things. Sadly I think it will mean more pressure on the share price in the short-medium term. Long-term, still hopeful of a successful company. We're just making a meal of it at the moment.
