in my opinion should exceed! I am expecting 35 in the medium-long term minimum. still a lot to go.

it was annoying when there was a sell-off around 2 dollars to down to 1.09, I don't think many investors understood the reason they decided to delay the construction essentially they wanted to make it one big phase and increase output in earlier stages.
