all tip sheets are in the business of talking about stocks
but that is just it. it is talk

most of what they have to say is virtually useless

the downturn exposed most of them for what they really are when they all consistently tipped stocks that went broke

eg aspecthuntley - compass, record investments
rivkin- record investments and the company it morphed into (forget its name)
eureka - the editor picked abc learning
intelligent investor - recently has a sell on the banks

I don't think any of them had a sell on anything.

they seem to work when the market is recovering though
but everyone is making money then whether they subscribe to a tip sheet or not.
