If we get a bit of inflation grocery retailers are generally beneficiaries because the products in their warehouses are "appreciating". Probably fully valued now but I've had this as a cornerstone holding for a while.
This has been under appreciated by holders for some time (contrary to the poster not all that much loyalty). A couple of years ago they could barely muster retail interest in a placement at $2.50odd.
