The key in my post was the phrase ‘from approvals’. So once approvals are received mine construction to commissioning up to two years. Where timeframes are impacted is approvals, although some can run concurrently. The key approvals are environmental approvals and how long that process takes. I guess will find out in time how committed government is to the project.
