    Ibx needs a new chair and ceo to reinstate confidence.

    tech - obviously works
    regulatory - fda are supportive
    management - market not supporting

    Ibx board needs to appoint seasoned leader with clinical trial experience. One that has a proven record. Then we will see market support.
