The Lescoopsdafrique article's reference to 2025 first ore shipped reminds me of the widely reported Chinese Iron & Steel Association 2025 game plan to urgently develop overseas iron ore mines for 2025 exploitation by their state ownes steel behemoths. Hope the year is not just a coincidence and Ding is already in Africa with the steel giants. LOL
According to news out today, it looks like the same China government regulators supporting the iron ore strategy are absolutely flooring the pedal to immediately rid the dependence on coal imports presumably from a hostile supplier country in mind.
This article also reported by SMH and others shows China means business. LOL
