To me that says nothing in regard to scale back more to do with actual acceptance of application. Maybe its vague for that exact reason, so they can tweak it how they see fit. I still say their initial scenario is the fairest to all holders. If the statement in regard to scaling back proportionately wasnt made, fair enough, but to move the goal posts after acceptance of monies would be a tad unsavoury. I feel if its done any other way they will cop some backlash in regard to the statements made in the asx release.
