Don't know about Lynas but whenever I have wanted to visit any site a letter or email to investor relations usually starts the process.
Even if you have no shares, you can usually get the basic tour. Want to meet the major managers takes ownership of many shares.. If you have a good portfolio than your broker can make the contact for you and get the red carpet rolled out even if you have no shares.
