A placement of up to 7.2 million shares (to strategic investors) was agreed upon at the AGM. It will be at 80% of the VWAP of the 5 days preceding the announcement of the placement. Robust is wanting to earn into 75% of romang island as quickly as possible. Current interest in romang is 51%

Im sure someone will be aware of the conditions associated with gaining the extra 24% interest but I imagine it is based around having spent a set amount on exploration. Should be easy enough to find out
