Dear Gibberer......All junior exploration companies are effectively cum raise 24/7....some do it tough because they have bugger all to attract funds....companies like pdi with a massive gold discovery are spoiled for choice and can do it at a time of their choosing and use results as leverage...I know this may sound complicated to you as I can't attach pictures and zoo animal references
